Learn from leadership experiences that didn’t go well. Find common patterns in your disappointing experiences not yet evident to you, and gain insight into the conditions that distinguish your successes from your disappointments.
Leverage Your Strengths
Pinpoint your distinctive strengths – the combination of needs, talents and skills that constitute your make-up – and explore the implications for managing and enhancing your leadership effectiveness. Understanding your strengths will give you insight into how to leverage them to create successes more often.
Manage Your Limits
Fundamental individual differences affect how people lead and what people expect of leaders. Determine your own limits – the things you don’t do well or don’t like to do – and learn how you can manage those limits in ways that support your strengths.

You’ll identify hot buttons that trigger over-reactions, limiting mind sets that block you from realizing aspirations and unconscious biases toward classic leadership dilemmas.

To integrate the learning from the various modules, you’ll take stock of the opportunities you have identified and choose the ones that offer the highest payoff. You will learn to articulate your signature style in a way that defines you concisely and powerfully to others; make commitments for enhancing your leadership signature; and recognize ways of encouraging ongoing feedback for continuous improvement.
