Program Information

I see that the programs are organized in a curriculum—do you recommend that I take the programs in an specific order?

Our executive leadership curriculum is comprised of interrelated but distinct programs. These are stand-alone programs which can be taken separately in any order. Programs have been scheduled to make it convenient for you to attend more than one at a time.
                       
What is the recommended attire for the program?

Suggested dress is business casual. We recommend that you bring a sweater, sports jacket or wrap in the event that the temperature in the meeting room becomes too cool for your comfort.

Where are the programs held? When will I receive accommodation information?

CMR’s Programs on Leadership for Senior Executives are held at The Charles Hotel, in Harvard Square, Cambridge, Massachusetts. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Charles at a discounted rate— accommodation information will be emailed to you 8 weeks prior to the program start date. If you require additional information on lodging in the Cambridge area, please contact us via phone or email.
           
Do you provide Certificates of Participation?

Yes. Certificates of Participation are awarded at the conclusion of each program.

Can programs be brought to my company?

Yes. For information on in-house program options, please see the In-House Training section of our website.

Where can I request a program brochure?

A downloadable brochure is available on this website. If you would like to have a hard copy brochure mailed to you, please call us or email us at info@cfmr.com.

Are your programs accredited?

No, our programs are not accredited for continuing education credits. We are happy to assist you with any information or documentation you may require toward pursuing accreditation with your provider.
           
What information will I receive before the program? How will it be sent to me?
                       
You will receive an invoice within approximately one week of registration, and hotel and program information approximately 8 weeks before the program date. A program agenda and advance readings (if applicable) will be sent approximately 3 weeks prior to the program date. All communications will be sent via email, unless otherwise indicated.

Pricing, Discounts and Payment:

How much do the programs cost? Are there discounts available?

The registration fee is $2,150 per program. If you register for more than one program now, you can receive a reduced fee of $1,750 for each additional program.

There is also a group discount available—5 or more participants from the same organization can receive a reduced fee of $1,750 per person per program.

What is included in the registration fee?

The registration includes continental breakfasts, luncheons, reception and complete program materials. Hotel accommodations are not included.

           
When and how do I pay for a program?

You will be invoiced for all registrations via email within approximately one week of registering. Payment may be made by check, credit card or wire transfer. If you choose to pay by credit card, a link for electronic payment will be provided in your electronic invoice. Payment is required prior to the program.

What if I work for a government agency which will not authorize payment until after a program is completed?

CMR Policies:

What are your cancellation and substitution policies?

Written cancellations (email/fax/mail) received more than 21 days prior to the session start date will receive a full refund, less a $200 administrative fee. If you must cancel after that time, you are responsible for payment and are not entitled to a refund. However, you may send a substitute at any time, or the registration fee may be applied to a CMR program within 12 months of the date of the session from which you cancelled.

What are your attendance limitations and liability policies?

Attendance at all programs is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. If a session is cancelled, CMR’s liability is limited to the registration fee.

If you do not have other needs for a car while in the Boston area, we recommend that you take a taxi or public transportation to Cambridge as parking is sometimes difficult and always expensive. Parking is available in the garage at the Charles Hotel. Driving directions to the Charles Hotel are available here: Directions.
