John
S. Connolly, Jr.
Chairman
Jack Connolly joined CMR as majority stockholder and Chairman in 1978. Working with the President, Jack spends his time in the areas of financial management and corporate and client strategic issues.
Prior to CMR, Jack spent eighteen years in the consumer goods industry. He was Group Product Manager, Miles Laboratories Inc.; Advertising Account Supervisor, William Esty Company; Vice President, Marketing for the Gillette Company; Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales, Ocean Spray Cranberries Inc.; and President, Harrell International.
Jack is a graduate of Harvard College and The Harvard Business School.
John

President
John joined CMR in 1995, after working 9 years with Raytheon Company. As Chief Operating Officer of the Company, John oversees all aspects of corporate operations and is directly involved with client strategic counsel and program issues.
John is a graduate of Harvard College.
Ira
Alterman
Senior
Vice President, Creative Director
Ira Alterman joined CMR in 1977. Ira is responsible for all copy, design, and production of CMR's marketing and promotional materials. He is also, along with Jack and John Connolly, intimately involved in all facets of program design and development with CMR's client-partners.
Previously, Ira worked as an editor and writer in the publishing
and newspaper industries and as an editorial consultant to such corporations
as Polaroid and Converse Rubber.
Ira is a graduate of Boston University.
Patricia
A. Aplin
Vice President, Finance and Administration
Pat's responsibilities include corporate financial accounting and administration, personnel, and CMR's varied communications with registrants and product buyers.
Pat is a graduate of the Katherine Gibbs School and has an Associates Degree in Business from Massachusetts Bay Community College. Prior to joining CMR in 1982, Pat spent 5 years as Administrative Assistant to the President of Lowden Corporation.
Mary
Moran
Vice President, Operations
Mary oversees those activities that relate to promotional and program materials production and all session planning and on-site session logistics and administration.
Mary joined CMR in 1997, she held marketing/communications and
sales promotion management positions with IDG, and was Director of Marketing/
Seminar Planning with Quantum Publishing.
Mary has a BA degree from Rhode Island College.
